Jennifer Aniston: Adrenaline helps me strip
Jennifer Aniston relies on adrenaline to help her through nude scenes.
The actress is currently promoting the new comedy Wanderlust, also starring Paul Rudd. Jennifer still feels nervous when she has to remove clothing in front of the cameras, but she soon adapts to the situation.
“It kind of was,” she replied to Collider, when asked if removing her shirt during a scene was liberating. “There was a little bit of nerves, but adrenaline takes you through it. And then, you have the girls come in and cover you up, immediately. But, I got very comfortable with seeing nude people, pretty much immediately. It was very bizarre, to know that these were actually nudists, because there’s a nudist colony in Clarksville, and how comfortable they are being nude.“But, shockingly, it was bizarre how at ease we became with having a bunch of naked people everywhere.”Jennifer was thrilled to be reunited with Paul for the film. In Wanderlust, they play a couple who move to a laidback rural commune after they are faced with unexpected unemployment.Jennifer had a lot of fun making the picture and says her on-screen chemistry with Paul was better than ever.“It was heaven! We were so happy,” she added, when asked how it felt to work with Paul again. “It felt like no time had passed. We’ve also seen each other, throughout the years, so it was just that excitement of, ‘Oh, this is going to be so fun and comfortable,’ especially playing a married couple and having that ease and familiarity. It was just fun.”
