The Courtin Hervouet Group is one of the oldest companies in the Poultry Pavilion. Coming from companies created at the beginning of the 20th century, the Courtin Hervouet group currently has 50 employees. The company markets more than 12,000 tonnes of poultry a year and provides more than 4,000 customers annually, 80% of which are in Paris and the Paris Region.

COURTIN and HERVOUET: two names already well known as PARIS Halles since both companies were founded respectively in 1900 and 1930 for the second.
Installed under the Pavillon BALTARD, their sector of activity was already the wholesale trade in poultry and game.
The two enterprises of a family nature left the central market halls and moved to RUNGIS in 1971.
They arrived thus in the 4th and 3rd generation of professionals respectively ...

Their rapprochement in 1998 gave birth to the COURTIN HERVOUET and ASSOCIES.
