Mumbai, November 9: Manoj Bajpayee starrer upcoming film ‘Zoram’ is all set for theatrical release on December 8. Directed by Devashish Makhija, the film is a survival thriller drama starring a stellar cast including Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, Rajshri. Deshpande, Tannishtha Chatterjee and Smita Tambe are in lead roles.
Expressing his sentiments about the film, director Devashish Makhija said, “Zoram” is a passion project which is very close to my heart. I have worked on this script for a long time. After receiving tremendous praise and warm reception at several film festivals around the world this year, it is finally ready for its grand cinematic release.
Makhija acknowledged the important role of Anupama Bose and MakhijaFilm Zee Studios in bringing ‘Zoram’ to its current stage. He credited the extraordinary cast, led by the incomparable Manoj Bajpayee, with whom he has collaborated and noted that their dedication and talent have been instrumental in bringing the story to life.
The film is produced by Ashima Awasthi Choudhary, Shariq Patel, Devashish Makhija, and Anupama Bose. The music of ‘Zoram’ has been composed by Mangesh Dhakade. Under the joint banner of Zee Studios and Makhijafilm, ‘Zoram’ is all set to release in theaters on December 8.
