Victims: The deceased have been identified as Manmohan Kamath (63), a resident of Madhuvan Apartments in BTM Layout 2nd Stage, and Dinesh (12), the son of a maintenance worker employed at the same complex.

Circumstances: Around 6:15 PM, Mr. Kamath was using an external motor to pump out accumulated rainwater from the basement. A short circuit occurred, leading to his electrocution. Dinesh, who was nearby, also suffered a fatal electric shock.
