See you at your trial: Big decision looms for Kamala Harris on Donald Trump impeachment trial
New York, Jan 25 (UITV/IANS)- Impeachment politics is moving fast. America's political pundits are all over the map on whether US Vice President Kamala Harris should, should not or could preside over the impeachment trial of former US president Donald Trump who is currently in Florida, licking his wounds and lawyering up.
The Constitution is clear that the US chief justice must preside over the impeachment trial of a president. But when it comes to the trial of an ex-president, the answers are split wide open. If Roberts does recuse himself, it will be up to Harris to make the decision. The sitting Vice President presides over the Senate.

Guterres calls for efforts to promote education for all
United Nations, Jan 25 (UITV/IANS)- UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has called for efforts to promote education for all.
In a video message to mark the International Day of Education on Sunday, Guterres paid tribute to the resilience of students, teachers and families in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic, which, at its peak, forced almost every school, institute and university to close its doors.
Although this disruption has led to learning innovations, it has also dashed hopes of a brighter future among vulnerable populations, Xinhua news agency quoted the UN chief as saying.
"All of us pay the price. After all, education...
