Bengaluru, December 12: In a thrilling match at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium in Bengaluru, Bengaluru Bulls secured their first win of Pro Kabaddi League Season 10 with a narrow 38-36 win over UP yoddhas on Monday.
Vikas Kandola and Bharat both played important roles, contributing 11 points each. However, it was Kandola’s excellent performance in the first half that proved crucial in turning around the Bulls’ fortunes this season.
The game started cautiously with a slow pace in the first four minutes. UP yoddhas took an early lead of 4-1 thanks to Pardeep Narwal’s super raid, which put the Bulls on the defensive. Facing the threat of an all-out, Kandola executed a remarkable super raid, reducing the gap to just two points.

The momentum changed when Monu executed a super tackle, finishing off Narwal and reversing the yoddhas’ dominance. The Bulls then scored their first all-out of the game and took a five-point lead at halftime.
While the yoddhas gained momentum in the second half, the Bulls, cheered by the enthusiastic crowd, maintained their composure. Another all-out midway through the second half increased the Bulls’ lead to 29–21. A crucial super raid from Hooda further widened the gap, leaving the yoddhas behind.
In the final two minutes, the yoddhas came back with an all-out, making the score 38–36 with 40 seconds left on the clock. However, Bharat’s strategic play on the sidelines ensured the Bulls’ victory, much to the delight of the home fans. The partisan crowd witnessed an intense battle that made the Bulls’ win in the Pro Kabaddi League Season 10 a memorable moment.
