This collaboration, announced by the National e-Governance Division (NeGD), aims to enhance convenience by enabling users to manage multiple services directly from the DigiLocker app. The integration simplifies the process of accessing government documents and services, such as health, education, financial inclusion, and more, through a cloud-based storage system.
To use this feature, users need to update their DigiLocker app and access the UMANG portal within it. The initiative is part of the Digital India program, aimed at improving accessibility to essential government services, streamlining document storage, and speeding up service delivery.
