Bus accident near Venice, 21 people killed due to flight over

Rome, October 4: A bus fell under a flyover near the Italian city of Venice. After which that bus caught fire. 21 people are expected to die in this accident and many people are also reported to be injured.

It is being told that the bus moved ahead after breaking a barrier in Mestre and fell near the railway track. This railway track is connected to Venice with the help of a bridge. Giving information about the dead people in this bus accident, City Prefect Michel Di Bari said that those who died included five Ukrainian citizens, one Italian, and one German driver. Calling this bus accident a huge tragedy, Venice Mayor Luigi Brugnaro has expressed his grief.

According to local media reports, it is being said that around 12 to 40 people are injured. The condition of two of them is said to be serious. Apart from this, it is being told that many other people have also gone missing in this accident, about whom no information is available yet.

Describing the accident, Venice Mayor Luigi Brugnaro wrote on social media, ‘It is such a scene of destruction that there are no words to describe. It is being told about this bus that it was hired to take tourists to a campsite. This campsite is located in Venice and the nearby Marghera district. This incident happened around 7:45 p.m. local time. It is being said in some media reports that the bus was being operated on methane gas and when it crashed, it caught fire after coming in contact with the electrical wires.
While the death toll in this accident is currently said to be 21, it is also being said that the death toll may still increase. All the people injured in this accident are being treated in regional hospitals.
