The BNI Wonderful chapter kicked off the Future Business Leader Week Event under the leadership of Mr. Shine Arackal (President), Mr. Sachin Anchan ( Vice President), and Mr. Muniraju Muni (Secretary-Treasurer) at St.Claret’s College, Bengaluru on 27th October 2022. These leaders were also the dignitaries at the Future Business Leader Week event.
The agenda of the event was to ignite the young minds of college students through Business Voices who are going to be future leaders.
The MBA students were given exposure to modern business practices and opportunities to expand their business network. Each BNI member shared their business knowledge, experience, and journey upon joining the BNI chapter.
Business expansion is crucial for any small to medium-scale companies to make a profit. BNI offers a successful referral, networking, and business platform across the world for small to medium-scale companies. Referral not only attracts business but also creates a brand sensation for your business. Future business leaders should know the importance of both B2B and B2C practices and should be capable to scale up their business.

Business Voices help young minds to share their business ideas and thoughts that can impact the development of society through businesses. The MBA students of St.Claret’s College, Bengaluru raised their business voices during the event and interacted with the dignitaries. The BNI members appreciated the business thoughts shared by the MBA students.
The future leaders week event featured Mr. Siddesh Kumar R, Managing Director of VAPS Technosoft Private Limited as a Guest of Honour. Mr. Siddesh explained the importance of being social and solving problems via referral and networking following the funda of ‘unity is strength’.
The event also featured Mr. Anaratharam Varayur( ED –BNI Bangalore ), Mrs. Sumanthy Ananthram (Area Director Operator), Mr. Ganesh L (Senior DC – BNI Bangalore), Mr. Muniraju (Secretary Treasurer), Mr. Vignesh Waran (DC- BNI Bangalore) and Mr. Adithya M (BNI Bangalore – Regional Support).
The Faculty of Business Administration of St.Claret’s College were present including Rev. Fr. Dr. Thomas Thennadiyil, CMF, Principal, Rev. Fr. Joseph Thoompanal, Vice Principal, and Dr. Arijit Roy, HOD, MBA.
The BNI Bangalore chapter honored the Principal and management of St Claret’s College for their support.

To give more exposure and networking opportunities business stalls were set up at the venue.
A few BNI members from the Bangaluru region were also invented to Singapore Business Conclave that was held in Singapore.
BNI Global Convention 2022 Singapore:
The BNI Global Convention 2022 was held from November 16 2022 to November 19 2022 at Resort World Sentosa, The Hard Rock Hotel, Singapore. the four-day event was filled with interactive sessions, conferences, fun, and much more. The event was accessible actual and virtually.
The BNI members from different parts of the world gathered here for learning and networking. Two BNI members from BNI Wonderful chapter- Bangalore Mr. Sachin Anchan and Mr. Vignesh Waran attended the BNI Global Convention 2022 Singapore.
