New X users can post for free after three months for a small fee, Musk said.
Notably, X started charging $1 per year for new unverified users in New Zealand and the Philippines in October last year.
The Musk-led platform announced earlier this month that a massive purge of spam accounts is underway.
A few months on X there was a huge increase in spam and porn bots. Musk announced a system purge of bots and trolls.
Last year, Elon Musk made a big announcement about X, saying that X users would have to take out a one-year subscription. In which you will have to pay 243 rupees for the basic monthly price, while 650 rupees will be charged for the premium tire monthly price. Subscribers will get the feature to bookmark any post. Along with this, many more features will also be available. Non-subscribing users will be able to view posts and videos and will also be given the option to follow accounts.
