September 1 – Big B Amitabh Bachchan through the show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ has instructed those who keep guns without a license and has asked them to show prominence even if they need to get a license.
The quiz-based show Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 15 airing on Sony is hosted by megastar Amitabh Bachchan. He welcomed contestant Varun Kesarwani, a resident of Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, to the hot seat and asked him “Do your parents live with you in Ayodhya?”
Varun Kesarwani says in response ‘Sir, my ancestral home is in Ayodhya and there my parents live in a joint family. We are in the business of ammunition and arms. This business of ours has been going on for the last 80 years. Also, Varun said that my father did not want me to be a part of this business so he sent me out of town to pursue higher education.
While sharing with Amitabh Bachchan, Varun says that due to the government’s policy related to weapons, it is difficult to get a weapon license here and this policy of the government is right. Because if everyone gets a license easily, then it will become a trend among people to keep weapons. People will keep weapons with them for their benefit. Due to this, the condition of society can worsen. Every day news related to unpleasant and painful incidents with school children keeps coming in America.
