New Delhi, November 29: The overall air quality index (AQI) in the national capital New Delhi remained at a very poor level of 318 on Wednesday morning.
Giving information about the temperature, the Indian Meteorological Department said that the minimum temperature of 14 degrees Celsius has been recorded in the national capital New Delhi. The Meteorological Department said that the minimum temperature is four degrees above the seasonal average.
The meteorological department has predicted the maximum temperature to be around 25 degrees Celsius. Also told that there is a possibility of cloudy sky, due to which drizzle may also occur.

According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the air quality in Anand Vihar reached ‘very poor’ category at 9 am on Wednesday. The PM 2.5 level was recorded at 364 and the PM 10 level at 284 in the poor category. While carbon dioxide (CO) remained in the moderate category with 105. Whereas the NO2 level was at a satisfactory 52.
The PM 2.5 level recorded at 334 Bawana station also falls under the very poor category. Whereas the PM 10 here reached 161 in the moderate category and the CO level was at a satisfactory 90.
The AQI monitoring station in Dwarka Sector-8 recorded the PM 2.5 level at 375, also falling under the very poor category. Whereas the PM 10 level here was in the poor category at 248 and CO was in the moderate category at 102.
The PM 2.5 level at Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport stood at 358. This AQI also fell under the very poor category and the PM10 level was at 236, which was in the poor category. While CO has been recorded in the moderate category at 103.
Air quality in Okhla Phase-2 was also recorded in very poor category. While PM 2.5 level was recorded at 338, PM 10 was recorded at 305 and CO was recorded at 131 in the moderate category.
