Manali, Aug 11: The Chandigarh-Manali National Highway between Mandi and Kullu was blocked on Friday due to massive landslides triggered by heavy overnight rains in Himachal Pradesh, suspending traffic.
Heavy landslides triggered by overnight rains at Pandoh in Mandi district badly damaged the national highway, leaving hundreds of vehicles stranded on both sides of the affected area for a long time, police said.
vehicles that are coming from Mandi towards Kullu and from Kullu towards Mandi have been stopped the movement by the local police.
