New Delhi, Sep 4: As per the instructions of the Delhi Police, it was announced on Sunday that many metro stations going to Sandesh will be closed from 8 to 10 September due to security services in view of the G20 summit.

Keeping G20 in mind, Delhi Metro’s Deputy Commissioner of Police in order has identified 39 metro stations to enhance security measures including the closure of some entry and exit gates.
As per the instructions of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, five of these metro stations Supreme Court, Bhikaji Cama Place, Dhaula Kuan, Janpath, and Khan Market have been declared sensitive, and all entry and exit gates have been closed.
Police also said that apart from these stations, keeping security in mind, some gates of many other metro stations will also remain closed. In these stations R.K. Also included are Munirika, Sadar Bazar Cantonment, Puram, Moti Bagh, and IIT.
