Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Dhyan Sadhana’ at the Vivekananda Rock Memorial in Tamil Nadu’s Kanyakumari continued on Friday. He started the meditation on Thursday, May 30 at around 6:45 PM and will continue till the evening of June 1. Where Swami Vivekananda meditated, sitting on the same rock, PM Modi is meditating. During his 45-hour meditation, PM Modi will stay in the meditation room and observe silence. Pradhan Mantri will consume liquid food such as coconut water and grape juice during meditation.
In the video that has surfaced of PM Modi’s Dhyan Sadhana, he is seen meditating in the Dhyan Mandap Hall of the Vivekananda Rock Memorial. Earlier, he performed puja early in the morning at the confluence of Kanyakumari. Prime Minister Modi reached Kanyakumari on Thursday after nearly two and a half months of campaigning.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu and worshiped at Kanyakumari Devi Temple in the evening. After praying in front of the statues of Thiruvalluvar, Ramakrishna Paramahansa, Maa Sarada Devi and Swami Vivekananda, he proceeded to the memorial hall. Prime Minister Modi will stay in Kanyakumari till June 1, in view of which tight security arrangements have been made in the district.
According to information, 2 thousand policemen have been deployed for security and security agencies are also there for strict monitoring. The beach will remain closed for tourists till Saturday due to the Prime Minister’s presence and private boats will also not ply here. The BJP has asked its leaders not to gather large crowds there.
PM Modi gave 206 public meetings, road shows and 80 interviews in 75 days during the Lok Sabha election campaign between March 16 and May 30. On an average, he did about three public events every day. He spent 150 hours in the scorching heat and answered more than a thousand questions from the media.
PM Modi had meditated in Kedarnath cave before the 2019 Lok Sabha results. Now PM Modi is engaged in meditation at Swami Vivekananda Rock Memorial ahead of Results 2024.
