New Delhi Aug 11: On Thursday, Family Welfare Minister and Union Health Mansukh Mandaviya said that PM Narendra Modi is taking all possible steps to make India a hub of medical equipment.
Mandaviya also said that Modi’s government is taking appropriate steps to change the health scenario in the country by 2047.
He said that the medical device sector is considered one of the fast-emerging sectors in our country.
Mandaviya said India expects to increase its market share from 1.5 percent to 10-12 percent in the next 25 years.
And in the coming few years, India is all set to become a global hub of medical technology and equipment.
He highlighted that this event will create a brand identity for India all over the world.
