30 Cabinet Ministers, 36 Ministers of State and five Ministers of State with independent charge are included in the new Cabinet. According to the information received from the sources, the first cabinet meeting of the new ministers is likely to be held today. PM Modi along with 71 ministers took oath of office in a ceremony held at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Sunday evening. Prime Minister and other ministers were administered oath of office by President Draupadi Murmu.
After taking oath, Prime Minister Modi posted on social media platform X that he is ready to work with the Council of Ministers to serve 140 crore Indians and take India’s progress to new heights. He further said that this team of young and experienced ministers is fully prepared to work for the development of the country in the coming times.
