Prime Minister Narendra Modi has departed for a four-day visit to France and the United States, aiming to strengthen strategic partnerships and advance discussions on artificial intelligence (AI). In France, he will co-chair the AI Action Summit alongside President Emmanuel Macron.
The AI Action Summit, commencing today in Paris, will focus on ethical AI development and global collaboration. Key figures, including U.S. Vice President JD Vance and Chinese Vice Premier Zhang Guoqing, are also in attendance.
Beyond the summit, Prime Minister Modi and President Macron will review the India-France 2047 Horizon Roadmap, which outlines long-term bilateral cooperation. They are also set to inaugurate India’s first consulate in Marseille, marking a significant milestone in diplomatic relations.
Following his engagements in France, Prime Minister Modi will travel to the United States for a two-day visit at the invitation of President Donald Trump. Discussions are expected to cover a range of topics, including trade, technology, energy, and defense cooperation.
