Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid matth on Monday morning at Takht Shri Harmandir ji, birthplace of Guru Gobind Singh ji. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a two-day visit to Bihar during his election campaign for Lok Sabha Elections 2024. He did a road show in Patna on Sunday. Prime Minister Modi was seen wearing a saffron colored Sikh turban. At Harimandir Sahib, the Prime Minister supported the mattha and also served in the langar. He served food to people in Langar and tasted the Langar himself. During this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi was welcomed according to Gurughar ki maryada ke. Special preparations had already been made by the management committee for his arrival.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the first Prime Minister to visit Takht Sahib Gurudwara in Patna.
During this, BJP candidate from Patna Sahib and former Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad were also present along with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He said that PM Modi also joined hands in making langar ke prasad and he made rotis. At Takht Shri Harmandir ji, Prime Minister Narendra Modi saw the weapons, heard the words, met the people and accepted everyone’s greetings.
He further said that Narendra Modi is the first Prime Minister to visit the holy birthplace of Guru Gobind Singh.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi stayed at Raj Bhavan on Sunday night. He has election programs in Hajipur, Muzaffarpur and Saran on Monday.
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, local MP Ravi Shankar Prasad, deputy chief minister and state BJP president Samrat Chaudhary also attended the Prime Minister’s road show in Bihar on Sunday.
