Due to this intense heat in Delhi, the demand for electricity is at a record level. Power demand has reached 8,302 MW. Electricity consumption in Delhi is about 900 MW more than last year.
If we talk about water shortage, water is being supplied only once in many areas of Delhi. There are many areas where water is not supplied even once a day. In such areas water is being supplied by water tankers.
Water shortage in Delhi The Delhi government says that the water shortage is due to Haryana not releasing enough water into the Yamuna river. The Delhi government is taking this matter to the Supreme Court.
It is worth noting that in the areas where water is being supplied by water tankers, the local people have to wait in line for one bucket of water in the middle of the hot summer afternoon.
Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has said about the water shortage that the demand for water in Delhi has increased a lot in this scorching summer. Water supply to Delhi from neighboring states has also been reduced. Which means that the demand has increased a lot and the supply has decreased. It has to be solved together.

If the BJP gives Delhi some water by talking to its governments of Haryana and Uttar Pradesh for a month, then the people of Delhi will appreciate the BJP very much for this work.
