Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath observed the ritual of ‘Rudrabhishek’ at the Gorakhnath Temple in Gorakhpur on the occasion of Holi this Monday. Extending his heartfelt greetings to the people of the state, he expressed his wishes for their happiness and peace.
Taking to X, the Chief Minister conveyed, “Warm congratulations and best wishes to everyone in the state on the auspicious occasion of Holi, a festival brimming with colors, joy, love, and social harmony! May your lives be painted with diverse hues of happiness, while our society resonates with the serene colors of joy, peace, and goodwill.”
Addressing a gathering on Sunday during the Holika Dahan procession organized by the Holika Dahan Utsav Committee in Pandey Hata, Chief Minister Adityanath emphasized the importance of unity and the eradication of discrimination in society. He underlined that unity among people is crucial for the nation’s strength and prosperity.
He further stressed the significance of fostering harmony and eliminating disparities, noting that active engagement in national interests with a collective spirit not only enhances the festive atmosphere but also contributes to the long-term welfare of society.
