Chetan Sharma, the top selector for the BCCI, has made headlines as a result of a Zee News undercover investigation. The president of the selection committee for the Indian men’s cricket team revealed a number of disturbing revelations regarding what goes on behind closed doors in Indian cricket.
Chetan Sharma revealed unconfirmed information of the incident involving Sourav Ganguly, the then-BCCI President, and former Indian captain Virat Kohli in late 2021. The top selector also revealed how some players who aren’t fit use injections to get well and participate in as many games as they can.

2. The method behind Team India’s Injections
India’s performance in international cricket has been hampered by injury problems. The current chief selector claims that a handful of the Indian team’s “superstar” players use injections to prepare themselves fully for matches. He said that the players are fully aware of drug tests.
“To be completely match-ready, several Indian superstar players receive injections. Those injections are not detected in a drug test, according to Sharma.”
