Lucknow, October 30: At B RatingsBV Ekana Cricket Stadium on Sunday. In front of a huge crowd of 46,000 enthusiastic fans, the Indian cricket team made a spectacular comeback on the field like their countrymen, handing England a stunning victory by 100 batsmen. The win enabled India to maintain their unbeaten streak in the 2023 Men’s ODI World Cup.
The Indian national magazine performed brilliantly and continued to take a dig at English journalists. In the match-turner, Ben Stokes tried to catch Shami’s balls but was bowled. England got further signs when Jonny Bairstow’s effort to cut Shami’s ball was improved. Difficulties increased for England when Buttler fell victim to the ball, breaking their dominance. Shami’s return in the 24th over brought immediate success as he dismissed Moeen Ali off Rahul’s bowling.
Despite the OS start, England could not stop their decline. Oxford had Woakes out in the minority while Michigan had Livingstone out LBW with a googly. Rissid and Willey attempted to delay the innings, but Shami dismissed Rissid through the gate, and Bumrah bowled Wood to end England’s struggle.
The documentary began in the early stages of the match as Rohit faced a maiden over from David Willey. However, in Willey’s second over, Rohit showed prowess, hitting a four and two sixes, scoring 18 runs and setting the tone.

England got the breakthrough in the fourth over when Chris Woakes nip-backed Shubman Gill. The constant pressure created by Virat Kohli resulted in his mid-off being misplayed, his first duck in the World Cup. Even after this, Shreyas Iyer was caught out by a top edge catch at mid-on on a shot ball.
Rohit made steady innings changes and achieved many achievements including crossing 18,000 runs in international cricket. Playing just his third innings at the World Cup, Rohit signaled a change of pace by hitting a six off Rapid Lee, Teyali Bani, and Wood.
Rahul took advantage of Liam Livingstone’s plock and scored runs with skillful strokes. Rohit and Rahul’s partnership ended when Rahul played a wrong shot and gave an easy catch at mid-on. Suryakumar made excellent shot-bowling contributions and contributed to India’s total.
Rohit’s innings ended in the 39th over when he became the victim of Rashid’s ball. Risid got Shami out of LBW while Wood took the wicket of Shami. Suryakumar maintained the pace and took India past the 200-run mark before being caught at deep point.
Bumrah and Vladimir added a crawl for the ninth wicket before Bumrah was run out, leaving India just short of reaching 230 on the last ball of the innings.
