David Warner will land by helicopter at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) to perform in the Big Bash League (BBL) match. David Warner is planning to fly in a helicopter straight from his brother’s wedding to Friday’s match between Sydney Thunder and Sydney Sixers at the SCG.
According to the report of ESPNcricinfo, David Warner’s helicopter is said to have landed on the same outfield on which the “Thanks Dave” logo was painted during David Warner’s farewell Test. Regarding the time of his arrival, it is being told that depending on the weather conditions, he will land by helicopter at Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) at 5 pm.
He is trying hard to reach on time and play for us. We love having him here. He performed brilliantly for us last year. He may not have been able to score as many runs as he would have liked, but he remained around the team and shared his experiences. Thunder quick Gurinder Sandhu said about David Warner’s stay with the team, “He was amazing to be around. He is one of the better players of the team. All the fans enjoy his cricket playing.”
After his Test retirement, David Warner will play three matches for Sydney Thunder this season. In which the upcoming match is against Sydney Sixers.
