Geneva, November 30: The International Basketball Federation (FIBA) on Wednesday announced the host cities for two of the three Olympic Qualifying Tournaments (OQTs) for the 3×3 basketball competitions at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
Utsunomiya, Japan, is set to host the Universality-run Olympic Qualifying Tournament (UOQT) from May 3 to 5, 2024, while Debrecen, Hungary, will host the OQT from May 23 to 26, 2024, Xinhua reported. .
FIBA plans to hold two UOQTs, each providing one quota place per gender, as well as one OQT providing three quota places per gender, as part of the run up to Paris 2024.
