Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba arrived in Delhi on a two-day official visit on Thursday. An “open and comprehensive” India-Ukraine bilateral meeting was held on Friday between India’s External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and Ukraine’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, focusing on the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict and its wider implications.
Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that his aim is to advance talks between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Prime Minister Narendra Modi to establish peace.

After meeting Foreign Minister Jaishankar on the social media platform X account, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said through a post that I discussed Ukrainian-Indian bilateral relations, the situation in our regions and global security in New Delhi. Had extensive discussions with S. Jaishankar.
He further said that during these talks we have paid special attention to the peace formula and the important steps to be taken for its implementation.
On October 11, 2022, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced a peace formula before the leaders of the G7 countries for a just and lasting peace in the region. This peace formula called for the complete withdrawal of Russian troops from Ukraine, the release of all prisoners of war, and the restoration of the country’s territorial integrity.
