Kyiv, November 2: 264 civilians are reported killed in landmine explosion incidents in Ukraine. Giving information, a special formation of the Defense Ministry of Ukraine said that ever since Ukraine’s war with Russia started, 264 civilians have died in all the landmine explosions.
According to the report of Xinhua news agency, the State Special Transport Service said on Facebook on Wednesday that war has been going on between Ukraine and Russia since February 2022. Since the beginning of the war, about 561 incidents of landmine explosions have occurred in Ukraine. There is also a possibility of 571 people getting injured in these blasts.
Regarding these landmine explosion incidents, it is being told that most of the explosion incidents have occurred on roads, yards, forests, and fields. Regarding landmines and other unexploded ordnance, the Ukrainian government says that approximately 174,000 square kilometers of the country’s area is potentially filled with them.
