Actor and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut has launched a fresh attack on several Bollywood personalities, including Sonu Sood, Taapsee Pannu, Ashutosh Rana and Rakhi Sawant, accusing them of repeatedly making remarks against her to gain media attention.
Speaking to ANI, Ranaut said she would not accept advice from people whom she believes have not achieved the same level of success as her. She claimed that some of her critics had achieved “not even 1%” of the success she has had in her career.
Kangana Hits Back at Critics
Ranaut specifically referred to comments allegedly made by Sonu Sood and Ashutosh Rana, while also accusing Taapsee Pannu of making remarks about her parents, upbringing and background.
She described the people criticising her as “failed” and “irrelevant”, alleging that they repeatedly target her in the media for attention.
The actor-politician also used the phrase “bhooke nange” while dismissing those she said were trying to benefit from her fame.
Taapsee-Kangana Feud Intensifies
Kangana’s latest comments come amid another escalation in her long-running public feud with Taapsee Pannu. The dispute recently resurfaced after Taapsee responded to Kangana’s remarks about her, prompting Kangana to call her a “sasti copy” and criticise her upcoming project.
The latest exchange has once again brought the two actors’ long-running differences into the spotlight.
Sonu Sood Also Drawn Into Dispute
Sonu Sood has also been involved in the recent controversy surrounding Kangana’s remarks about Gen Z protesters. Sood had previously criticised her comments and said people should think carefully before speaking publicly.
Kangana has now made it clear that she does not intend to remain silent over criticism from fellow celebrities, setting the stage for another round of public exchanges within Bollywood.
