Investors who applied for the much-awaited National Stock Exchange (NSE) initial public offering can now check their share allotment status online. The basis of allotment for the ₹22,561.57-crore IPO is scheduled to be finalised on Tuesday, September 22, 2026.
The NSE issue attracted significant investor interest during its subscription period. The public offer comprised an offer for sale of approximately 12.64 crore shares, meaning NSE itself will not receive fresh funds from the IPO.
When Will NSE IPO Allotment Be Finalised?
The allotment process is expected to be completed by September 22. Investors can check whether shares have been allocated to them through the official websites of the National Stock Exchange, BSE and the IPO registrar, MUFG Intime India.

- Select “Equity” as the issue type.

- Complete the verification and submit the request.
The resulting page will display the allotment details associated with the application.
Check NSE IPO Allotment Through MUFG Intime
MUFG Intime India, the registrar handling the issue, is another option for applicants.
To check the result:
- Go to the MUFG Intime India IPO status portal.

- Enter details such as PAN, application number, DP/Client ID or account information, depending on the option available.

NSE IPO Listing Date and Time
NSE shares are scheduled to make their stock-market debut on Thursday, September 24, 2026. The proposed listing is on the BSE, with trading expected to begin at 10:00 am.
The IPO was priced in the range of ₹1,700 to ₹1,785 per share. The issue attracted strong demand and was subscribed around 5.71 times by the end of the bidding period. QIBs subscribed 12.68 times, while the NII and retail portions recorded subscription levels of 6.55 times and 1.39 times, respectively.
